GOD & me Independent Film Pitch

A suspenseful, dramatic, dark story about a girl who grows up in a religious and God fearing christian background. As a young girl she is drawn by the fascination of the existence of God; while girls her age played with dolls. Her personally life seems normal in the eyes of the world, gradually starts to crumble as she seeks answers. As she begins hearing God, seeing visions, etc.. The ultimate struggle she faces is trying to figure out whatever that is happening to her is real or is she struggling with mental illness?

I am an International film student, currently studying in Los Angeles. I am looking for the development of a story which I drafted; to be made into a feature, be it low budget. I am still working on the the final draft of my script. I seek financing, so I can bring it to life.
